Vacuum System：

The system incorporates frequency conversion technology to operate the Roots pump under atmospheric pressure startup conditions, enhancing operational flexibility and energy efficiency. Multiple vacuum pump connections can be designed into the equipment, enabling simultaneous evacuation via several devices to accelerate the vacuum-drawing process. High-efficiency condensers and buffer devices are installed in the vacuum pipeline to ensure stable and  reliable operation while preventing backflow or contamination.
